Detox • Release • Revitalise
Experience a modern twist on an ancient healing art. Our Dry Cupping Therapy Full‑Body Massage combines time‑honoured cupping techniques with skilled soft‑tissue work to deliver deep relief, improved circulation and an overall sense of renewal.
Why Choose Dry Cupping?
Deep Fascial Release – Negative pressure gently lifts skin and fascia, loosening stubborn knots that hands alone can’t reach.
Boosted Blood & Lymph Flow – Fresh, oxygen‑rich blood rushes to the area, accelerating recovery and flushing metabolic waste.
Reduced Muscle Tension & Pain – Ideal for chronic tightness, sports fatigue or desk‑bound stiffness.
Enhanced Mobility & Posture – Freed‑up tissues move better, allowing joints to glide smoothly and posture to improve naturally.
Natural Detox & Relaxation – Many clients report lighter limbs, clearer breathing and a calming “reset” of the nervous system.
What to Expect in Your Session
Consultation & Assessment – brief discussion to tailor cup placement and massage depth to your goals.
Full‑Body Cupping Massage
Silicone or glass cups applied along key muscle chains (back, shoulders, legs, arms).
Cups may glide or remain stationary to target problem spots.
Integrated deep‑tissue strokes before and after cupping for maximum release.
After‑Care Guidance – hydration tips, gentle stretches and what to expect from any temporary cup marks.
Session length: 60 minutes
Best for: Muscle tightness • Sports recovery • Stress relief • Improved circulation
Not suitable if you have bleeding disorders, certain skin conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure or are pregnant (please ask if unsure).
Feel lighter, move easier, breathe deeper.
Book your Dry Cupping Therapy Full‑Body Massage today and discover a new level of freedom in your body.
Arthritis and joint pain are often associated with inflammation, swelling, and the build-up of waste products such as uric acid and inflammatory cytokines. Cupping therapy helps to reduce these symptoms by promoting circulation, easing muscular tension, and encouraging the removal of excess fluids and metabolic waste from affected areas.
For more effective detoxification, wet cupping is often recommended, as it may aid in drawing out deeper toxins through the skin. Cupping can be applied directly over painful joints, or to specific meridian points that are believed to energetically support the joints, based on traditional therapy systems.
In addition to reducing inflammation, cupping is known to relax tight muscles, improve mobility, and ease stiffness—making it a beneficial treatment option for those managing chronic joint conditions.
Stimulate Metabolism • Smooth Contours • Support Slimming Goals
Our 45‑minute Weight‑Loss Cupping Session harnesses the power of negative‑pressure therapy to invigorate circulation, help mobilise stagnant lymph and support healthy fat metabolism—all while leaving you relaxed and refreshed.
How Weight‑Loss Cupping Helps
Lymphatic Activation – Gentle, rhythmic cupping encourages lymph flow, aiding natural detoxification and reducing fluid retention.
Micro‑Circulation Boost – Increased blood supply delivers nutrients to sluggish tissues, supporting a more efficient metabolic response.
Fascial Release & Skin Smoothing – Gliding silicone cups help break up fascial adhesions and the appearance of cellulite, promoting firmer contours.
Complement to Diet & Exercise – Works best alongside a balanced eating plan and regular activity, giving your body an extra push toward its goals.
What to Expect in 45 Minutes
Goal & Lifestyle Check‑In – brief discussion of your weight‑management targets, activity level and nutrition habits.
Targeted Cupping Sequence
Light oil application on key areas (abdomen, hips, thighs, upper arms).
Dynamic “glide‑and‑lift” cupping patterns to stimulate circulation and lymphatic drainage.
Abdominal Massage & Breath Work – gentle techniques to relax the diaphragm, support digestion and enhance core engagement.
Post‑Session Guidance – hydration, anti‑inflammatory food tips and movement suggestions to maximise results.
Session length: 45 minutes
Best for: Early‑stage weight programmes • Stubborn fluid retention • Cellulite smoothing
Frequency: Weekly or bi‑weekly sessions often yield the best cumulative effect.
Note: Cupping can leave temporary pink or purple marks that fade within a few days.

Sports massage is more focused and intense than a relaxation massage—it works into deeper layers of muscle and can feel uncomfortable at times, especially if you have areas of tightness or restriction. This is completely normal and always kept within your tolerance.
If you are new to treatment, a consultation form will be sent to you prior to your appointment and must be completed before your session.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
This offer is available for a limited period only and terms and conditions apply.
Classes
Move for Independence is not your average exercise class. This is a specialist-led, clinically structured 8-week programme designed for people who want to improve strength, balance and confidence — particularly if you live with a health condition or are concerned about falling.
This programme is very different from anything else available locally.
At the beginning, middle and end of the 8 weeks, we carry out clinical testing so you can clearly see your progress. You won’t just feel stronger — you will have measurable proof that you have increased strength, improved balance and flexibility, enhanced coordination and reduced your risk of falls.
We will also take blood pressure readings so you know your numbers and can exercise safely. There is time to discuss any pain, medical conditions or concerns, and every exercise can be adapted to suit your individual needs.
This is not delivered by a gym instructor or personal trainer. It is led by a specialist in rehabilitation, using clinical principles to ensure safe progression and meaningful results.
If you feel unsteady, want to prevent falls, or are determined to maintain your independence, this programme is for you.
Commit to the full 8 weeks and experience the difference.
Move for Independence — because staying strong means staying independent.

Zoe your help is wonderful - Barry Mason··from Google
I arrived a little early for my appointment but Taylor was there to greet me. She was very professional and explained everything very clearly. She put me through a series of balance exercises explaining each one clearly. All in all a pleasant experience and I feel just stretched enough without being too tired. I look forward for my next session.

Is a painfull pleasure to meet Zoe every few weeks. She is very professional and knowledgeable and take care of my back for months now . Even if she is busy she managed to squeeze me in her busy schedule and patch me up to be able to return to work. Is easy to book a session using her app and she made me very comfortable during the sessions.Totally recommend

After a couple of years of ill health and ongoing heart problems I had lost a lot of confidence in being able to exercise. I knew that I had to start exercising but wasn’t sure where to start. So I’m really glad I found Zoe. The sessions are so much fun and I could see an improvement in my confidence by the end of the six weeks. Zoe monitors your heart rate and blood pressure and recognises immediately if you are struggling and slows the session to suit your needs. I have benefitted so much from the first six sessions that I have just signed up for another block of sessions. It is such an investment for my future well being. Highly recommended!
