I attended Maintain Independence for an MSK assessment as I have been undergoing Health & Fitness training classes for over a year but have not achieved the improvement in flexibility I was expecting.
Zoe was warm and welcoming, undertook a full medical and personal history, and then a detailed movement assessment.
After identifying a few issues Zoe identified and conducted an initial treatment in a professional and caring manner. (A little disturbing when "Bob" fell off the shelf during this treatment).
Zoe then identified areas and exercises that I should concentrate on at home, and we agreed on an ongoing treatment package.
